HR Shared Services Analyst

The HR Shared Services Analyst will act as HRIS Administrator for the Shared Services unit, mainly to more complex/strategic modules such as Performance Management, Training, Recruitment, Reporting Analytics, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The position executes standard HR processes within the center, within the CPL processes, guidelines, policies and practices
  • Responsible for the HR customer services as the first contact of the employees
  • Responsible for the encoding of data required in the HR systems and applications
  • Responsible for the updating of data required in the HR systems and applications
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the HR systems and applications
  • Provides accurate, comprehensive HR-related information governed by data privacy and confidentiality to countries
  • Provision of total quality customer service to internal and external customers in relation to query and request
  • Creates opportunity for improvement on HR processes – focus on timeliness and accuracy, and seeks to help progressively provide utmost customer service
  • Assists in reviewing OPCO HR processes and adopt proven CPL best practices to help reduce cost, and improve accuracy and customer experience
  • Manages relationships within complex OPCO HR specifics to develop optimized HR processes
  • Works with the OPCO HR teams to enable decisions in achieving fair resolutions – help to prevent any impact to individual and business operation.
  • Enhanced use of SUNFISH HR system and structured HR processes – to achieve optimized consistency in the process, services and deliverables
  • Delivers against group-wide HR policies and works with OPCO HR and other Shared Servieces teams to implement agreed standards, services and deliverables
  • Work with CPL Systems & Processes/ITC team to ensure that they can effectively monitor compliance to data privacy and confidentiality
  • Promote corporate values of the company
  • Acts in accordance to all appropriate safety legislation and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years + experience in Human Resources function
  • Excellent understanding of the business operations and network, ideally with an in-depth exposure to business operations
  • Experience with HR Shared Services
  • HR Systems user
