MIASCOR Catering receives Diamond Award from Delta Air Lines

Another feather is added to the cap of MIASCOR Catering Services Corporation (MCSC) as it receives a certificate of recognition from one of its long-term airline customer, Delta Air Lines. Called the Diamond Award, the award recognizes the contributions of MCSC to the airline’s Manila team in meeting its goals for the first quarter of 2016.
“We are pleased to receive the Diamond Award from Delta Air Lines. This clearly shows our commitment to serve our customers beyond what is expected of us. We shall remain dedicated to ensuring compliance to industry regulations and maintaining the quality of work in all areas of our catering operations,” says MIASCOR Catering General Manager Rene Raemy.
The Diamond Award is given to a station in the Pacific Region that demonstrates improved safety performance, zero aircraft ground damages in specified categories, highest on-time daily operations (DO) performance, highest number of validated near-miss observation reports and zero high risk occupational safety related findings from its most recent audit.
Delta Air Lines is a major American airline with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Along with its subsidiaries, it operates over 5,400 flights daily and serves an extensive network of 334 destinations in 64 countries. Delta was named as one of Fortune’s top 50 Most Admired Companies in 2016. ■
